Not only did they forget to add the tuna I ordered (and paid extra for), but there were multiple random extra piece of toppings I didn't order and the dressing wasn't mixed in as I selected (which, though, I should be glad for because the dressing is extremely balsamic-y and overpowering). I'd suggest ordering from somewhere else.

Food is good quality, but no longer worth the money - they cut back big time on the amount of meat and cheese they put in the sandwiches. They are now 1/2 or less of their original size. Way too big of a cutback.

cream cheese bagel & co-workers bfast sandwich was the worst we've had in the dozen places we have tried here in NYC

It said it would be 15 to 30mins and it took them an hour!! And they didnt even get any of the order right! Sausage egg and cheese sandwhich was bacon egg and cheese. and the margarita and fresh mozzarella and basil was inedible cheese on uncooked dough. I do not recommend ordering from this place ever!!

Asked for a substitution in a meal and they raised the total of my order without calling to confirm the charge, then didn't apply the Seamless discount. Food was definitely not worth the regular price.

Good deli food, but they never deliver me the correct chips when I order them.

Food was horrible...New England Clam Chowder was some pieces of clam and vegetables thrown into water. Philly sandwich was dry, greasy and no flavor.

I asked for Sweet and Low, so they dumped a bunch of sugar in my latte and gave me two packs of Sweet and Low on the side. I'm diabetic, so I called and asked if they would please replace it, and I got a huge argument and the excuse that "that's how latte comes, with sugar". I'm out $3.50, will never order from them again, and am spreading the word. Such bad public relations. Certainly they could have sent another, sugarless, latte without going to the poor house. The salad was not great, either.

Twice I've had to wait over an HOUR AND FIFTEEN MINUTES for something as simple as a cold salad. Never again. Even with relatively low prices (for midtown), it's not worth going hungry and missing my lunch break.

The croissants were very hard, as if they were from last night (especially the chocholate.) It's difficult to even call them croissants, as the dough consistency and taste was more like challah bread. The fresh squeezed orange juice had a bunch of seeds and peels - it was quite embarrasing to serve this at a breakfast meeting with important clients. The star is for the way the fruit salad looked (it didn't taste too great.) They were also very courteous on the phone and delivered right on time. Overall - 1.5 stars.

This was exactly what I wanted. The mac and cheese is delish, the fruit salad was great, and the corn was yummy. Large portions too, very filling!

Worst delivery service I have ever had. Food was cold. Delivery guy wasn't even downstairs when he called me to come pick up the food. Then he got lost and didn't show up period. Had to wait two hours while the restaurant tried not to be held accountable.

Pretty awful, especially since food from the other Bistro Cafes have been quite good. I had the tempura udon noodle soup, which initially came loaded with red pepper flakes (since when is that made spicy??). I couldn't eat it, so I called the restaurant and they told me next time I should specially ask not to have hot pepper added (how would I know to do that when it isn't listed as a spicy dish?). Anyway, the new one arrived and it was absolutely tastless. The tempura wasn't tempura, but thickly breaded shrimp which had been soaking in the soup. They had all but run out of every kind of sushi (by 1:15pm), so the roll I got was also tasteless. I won't be ordering from there again, even with the 20% discount.

My pizza was delivered upside down. The sushi is supermarket quality. My friend's hero was pretty good, but overall our experience was bad. I'd recommend the terrific penne vodka at Mambo Italiano Xpress any day over this place.

I ordered mozzarella on wheat bread which was delicious; ingredients tasted fresh and wonderful! Edamame was wilted, unsalted, and a very small portion. Prices were low, but delivery did take a full half hour. I am unsure whether I would order again.

great muffins and shakes. they tend to be out of certain things on the menu during dinner.

Great iced coffee - always make it perfectly according to the instructions I request. Sandwiches are consistently well made and the ingredients have always been fresh.

The French Cordon Bleu Sandwich with Dijon Mustard dressing is one of the best sandwiches I have ever had. I definitely recommend this place.
